How to measure
- Your waistWrap the tape around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your body, usually just above the belly button.
- Your hipsStand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Find your sizeLook for both numbers in the chart. If they point to two different sizes, choose the larger one.
Tips for an accurate measure: measure over your underwear, keep the tape snug but not tight, stand relaxed and breathe normally. No measuring tape at home? Use a piece of string, then lay it flat along a ruler.
